We explore the small settlement on the bay at Great Harbour. The island is just four by three miles and has a population of about 400. It's named for an early Dutch settler and former pirate. Our ship is the only cruiser in the bay.

Ready to snorkel.

Our tender at the city dock with the inter island ferry.

A short walk to the tiny town.

We go snorkeling on Norman Island aka Treasure Island via launch, Ocean Girlz..

Did Robert Louis Stevenson really come here?

We stop to snorkel and swim at Pirate's Bright, the only buildings on Norman Island. The whole island is a National Park and nature preserve.

Back to the ship to leave Jost Van Dyke.
